Made to order
Most Rosenhart pieces are made to order in our French workshops. This means production starts only once your order is placed. Each piece is cast, finished and quality-checked specifically for you. Production takes approximately 4 weeks.
Available now
Selected pieces are made and held in stock, ready to ship. Look for the "Available now" mention on the product page. These pieces are shipped within 3 business days.
Shipping
Free worldwide shipping on all orders, fully insured. Tracking number provided by email. Whatever you choose, your piece is shipped in our signature packaging. Delivery times after shipping: France 1-2 days, Europe 3-5 days, International 5-10 days.
Returns
Free returns within 30 days. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. To request a return, email contact@rosenhart.fr with your order number. We send you a prepaid shipping label. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the piece.
Size exchanges
Your first size exchange is free of charge. We make a new piece in your correct size, which follows our standard production timeline (approximately 4 weeks for made-to-order pieces). To exchange, email contact@rosenhart.fr within 30 days of delivery.
Finding your size
If you don't know your ring size, we offer two options.
Free ring sizer (France only): when ordering, simply select "I don't know my size" and we'll send you a sizer before starting production.
Printable size guide (worldwide): download our PDF guide and follow the video to measure your size at home.

Care
Each Rosenhart piece is made to be worn. To preserve its finish over time, wipe it gently with a soft cloth after wear. Avoid prolonged contact with chlorinated water, perfume and household chemicals. For everyday water (showers, hand washing), no special care is needed. Store each piece in its pouch when not worn, ideally separately from other jewelry to prevent scratches.
Certificate of authenticity
Each Rosenhart piece comes with a numbered certificate sealed with wax. The certificate states the piece reference, the authentication number (also engraved on the piece itself), and the date of purchase.
Hallmarks
Gold pieces are hallmarked according to French regulations, with both the maker's mark and the official guarantee hallmark. Silver pieces carry the maker's mark.
Payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Klarna (3 interest-free installments). Stablecoin payment in USDC is also available at checkout.
Security and currency
All transactions are secured by Shopify Payments and SSL encryption. Prices are displayed in your local currency (EUR, USD, GBP, etc.). Conversion is handled at the daily rate.
